We have an exciting opportunity for a capable HR Coordinator to join our team in Dandenong South on a full-time basis. Working closely with the HR Manager, you'll take ownership of a broad range of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, training coordination and compliance, playing a key role in shaping a workplace where our people can thrive.

Key Responsibilities
n
Human Resources
n
Provide high-quality, proactive administrative support to the HR Manager,
exercising sound judgement in day to day decision-making
n
Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date employee records
n
Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and induction activities, including scheduling interviews and preparing documentation
n
Research and recommend training opportunities for staff, coordinating all course bookings and ensuring a smooth enrolment experience
n
Prepare HR correspondence, documentation, and internal communications
n
Support and help drive employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives across the business
n
Coordinate the preparation, filing, and accuracy of employment-related documents such as contracts, forms, and policy acknowledgements via our HR platform
n
Act as a first point of contact for general employee queries, escalating to the HR Manager where required
n
Undertake general HR administrative duties to support effective daily operations
n
Administration Support (Ad Hoc Support)
n
Occasionally, to help cover leave within our Administration team, you may be asked to assist with day to day office tasks. This is a very minor and infrequent part of the role, however we simply appreciate someone flexible and willing to pitch in when needed.

About You
n
The ideal candidate will have:
n
Tertiary qualification in HR, Business, or a related field (preferred)
n
Proven experience in HR administration, ideally across recruitment, onboarding, or training coordination
n
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and sound judgement handling confidential information
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to liaise across all levels of the business
n
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a quick learner of new systems
n
Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise competing tasks independently
n
A proactive, adaptable, and professional approach, with a team-player mindset and genuine motivation to grow a long-term career in HR
n
