About the role

n

We are currently recruiting for 4 x Newly Created Maintenance Team Leaders(2 x day shift (6am – 6pm) and 2 x night shift (6pm – 6am) to join our Maintenance team, these roles will report to the Maintenance Manager.

n

The Role

n

This is a frontline leadership opportunity responsible for leading a team of 3–5 employees (depending on shift), driving safety, quality, performance, and team capability across one of our manufacturing areas.

n

In this role you will:

n

n
- Be Trade qualified Mechanical Fitter, Electrician, or equivalent.
n
- Experienced in manufacturing, FMCG, food processing, or a similar industrial environment.
n
- Proven ability to lead maintenance teams and coordinate maintenance activities in a fast-paced operation.
n
- Strong fault-finding,



problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills.
n
- Experience using CMMS systems such as MEX.
n
- Strong understanding of maintenance best practices, safety systems, and GMP requirements.
n
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships across teams.
n

About You

n

You are a trade-qualified maintenance professional with proven leadership experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and a passion for safety, reliability, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Lead and support maintenance activities to maximise equipment reliability and performance.
n
- Coordinate breakdown response, fault finding, repairs, and preventative maintenance.
n
- Prioritise maintenance resources to support production requirements.
n
- Drive continuous improvement and reduce equipment downtime.
n
- Maintain accurate CMMS records and work orders.
n
- Ensure compliance with safety, GMP, and site standards.
n
- Collaborate with Production and Operations teams to achieve business objectives.
n
- Provide leadership and guidance to maintenance trades and contractors.
n
