We're looking for an experienced Store Manager to take full ownership of our House store in Loganholme. This is a hands‐on leadership role where you'll drive sales, develop your team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences every day. This role operates on a fortnightly rotating roster.

What you'll be doing

- Owning store performance and achieving sales, budget and KPI targets
n
- Leading from the floor and setting the standard for customer service
n
- Coaching, developing and motivating your Assistant Manager and team
n
- Recruiting, onboarding and developing team members
n
- Managing stock control, deliveries, stocktakes and inventory accuracy
n
- Ensuring visual merchandising and store presentation meet brand standards
n
- Overseeing rosters, store administration and data integrity
n
- Maintaining a safe, compliant and well‐presented store environment
n

- Proven experience as a Store Manager in a retail environment

- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to drive sales and control costs

- Confident, hands‐on leader who leads by example
