Programmed are currently seeking reliable, motivated and safety-focused Production Operators / Process Workers to join our valued client's manufacturing team in Somersby, NSW. Key Responsibilities

n

- Operate production equipment and machinery
n
- Perform process work and general labouring duties
n
- Complete manual handling and repetitive production tasks
n
- Conduct routine quality inspections and checks
n
- Identify and report equipment faults and safety concerns
n
- Maintain a clean, organised and protected work environment
n
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
n
- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve production targets
n

About You

n

- To be successful in this role, you will have:
n
- Experience in manufacturing, production, process work or general labouring is desirable
n
- A strong commitment to workplace health and safety
n
- The ability to perform physically demanding and repetitive tasks
n
- Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills
n
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
n
- Good communication skills and a positive team-focused attitude
n
- Flexibility to work rotating shift rosters
n




- A current Forklift Licence (highly desirable)
n

- Rotating Day Shift (6:00am - 2:00pm) / Afternoon Shift (2:00pm - 10:00pm) roster OR

- Night Shift (10:00pm - 6:00am) roster

- Complete a pre-employment medical assessment

- Pass drug and alcohol screening
