Advantage Healthcare & Physiotherapy is looking for an experienced physiotherapist to join our established team in Wynnum.

n

This is a senior clinical role offering a $130,000 FTE salary plus super, versatile full-time or part-time hours, paid administration time and the option to work full-time over four days.

n

You'll join a team of 10 senior physiotherapists, most with more than 20 years of clinical experience, in a clinic where experienced clinicians are trusted to use their own judgement and manage their caseload with genuine autonomy.

- Predominantly full-fee private MSK caseload

- $1,000 FTE professional development allowance

- There are no weekend or community travel requirements. Appointments are one-to-one and generally 30 to 60 minutes, with experienced reception and administrative support and access to our on-site rehabilitation gym.

An experienced clinical team

Advantage Healthcare & Physiotherapy has been established in Wynnum since 2004.

Our physiotherapy team has experience across musculoskeletal physiotherapy, spinal and complex conditions, sports and occupational health, pelvic health, vestibular rehabilitation, paediatrics, neurological rehabilitation and clinical rehabilitation.

For an experienced physiotherapist,



this means having knowledgeable colleagues around when you want another perspective or second opinion, without unnecessary supervision.

Clinical autonomy and your caseload

n

The role is predominantly private musculoskeletal physiotherapy, including spinal and peripheral conditions, sports injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, persistent and complex presentations and exercise-based rehabilitation.

You will have autonomy over your assessment, treatment planning and rehabilitation approach. We don't require clinicians to follow a particular treatment philosophy or use the same techniques.

Our focus is on thorough assessment, sound clinical reasoning and providing appropriate treatment and rehabilitation.

You can maintain a broad MSK caseload or continue developing an area of particular clinical interest.

n

We support this through professional development, appropriate internal referrals, collaboration with other experienced clinicians and helping build awareness of your clinical interests through the clinic.

You don't need to arrive with an established niche. Strong general musculoskeletal physiotherapists are equally valued.

About you

n

We are looking for an experienced physiotherapist with around 8+ years of private practice experience who is confident managing a varied MSK caseload.

n

You will have strong assessment and rehabilitation skills, good clinical judgement, clear communication and current AHPRA registration.

n

We are more interested in thoughtful patient care, reliability and how you work as a clinician than any particular treatment philosophy.
