About the Role

n

MSS Security is looking for Full time security officers to join our team at a mining site in the Moranbah area. This is a DIDO role, available for candidates living within a 600 km radius.

n

The position is primarily responsible for providing a visible security presence on site, conducting patrols and enforcing site rules.

n

Duties include but is not limited to:

n

Conduct foot patrols and escorts including welfare checks

n

Monitor the behaviour of our customers onsite and ensure the site rules are adhered to

n

Report any breaches to the site rules in a timely manner

n

Liaise with customers and internal stakeholders

n

Provide first aid and incident response as required

n

Complete incident reports as required

n

Respond professionally, courteously and promptly to all stakeholder enquiries

n

Skills & Experience

n

Full Australian Working Rights

n

Current Unrestricted Drivers Licence

n

QLD Security Licence – unarmed and crowd control

n

Current First Aid and CPR Certificate

n

Previous security experience (minimum 1 year)

n

Ability to successfully passa Drug & Alcohol screening

n

Must currently live within a 600 km radius of Moranbah.
