Job Description
St Francis Catholic College is a co-educational, multi-campus secondary school seeking a passionate and committed person to join its growing team.

Known and respected for its learning and wellbeing programs, the College opened a recent campus in Cobblebank in 2023 with an intake of 140 Year 7 students and will accommodate 1500 Year 7-12 students by 2028.

Our Year 7-12 Melton West campus, with its exceptional facilities and secondary pathways, is the foundation upon which our new campus will be modelled.

POL 3 Domain Leader Mathematics - Cobblebank Campus 2027
n
The Domain Leader – Mathematics will lead the development and delivery of an engaging, contemporary, and innovative Mathematics curriculum that inspires curiosity, inquiry, and excellence in teaching and learning.
n
The role will oversee the effective management of Mathematics facilities and programs across the Cobblebank Campus, while supporting STEM initiatives, cross-curricular opportunities, and enriching co-curricular experiences for students.
n
This role is ideal for a collaborative and future-focused leader who is passionate about curriculum innovation, evidence-based practice, staff development, and fostering a dynamic learning culture grounded in Catholic and Franciscan values.
n
Commencing January 2027, this is a full-time, POL 3 position.
n

Skills & Experience Required
n

- Relevant tertiary qualification (Bachelor of Education or equivalent)
n
- A strong commitment to Catholic education and the ethos of the College
n
- Ability to implement differentiated learning and use contemporary technology to support student outcomes
n
- An ability to develop and maintain professional and caring relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
n
- An eagerness to learn.
n
n
Special Requirements

- Current Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration
n
- Accreditation to teach Religious Education in a Catholic school is preferred.
