About the Role

n

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Casual Picker& Packer to join our Brisbane warehouse team.

n

The position offers approximately 20–30 hours per week,depending on operational requirements. The role involves early-morningstarts and early finishes, making it suitable for someone who enjoysbeginning and completing their working day early.

n

You will help ensure customer orders are picked, checked andpacked accurately while maintaining high standards of food safety, stockrotation and warehouse organisation.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using handheld scanners
n
- Check products, quantities, expiry dates and labels
n
- Apply FIFO principles to ensure correct stock rotation
n




- Prepare completed orders for dispatch
n
- Work safely in chilled and frozen storage areas
n
- Report damaged stock, discrepancies and quality concerns
n
- Maintain clean, safe and organised work areas
n
- Follow food safety, HACCP and workplace safety procedures
n
- Support loading and other general warehouse duties when required
n

About You

n

n
- Previous picking, packing or warehouse experience is preferred
n
- Reliable, punctual and available for early-morning shifts
n
- Physically fit and able to lift cartons weighing up to 25 kg
n
- Comfortable working in chilled and frozen environments
n
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
n
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
n
- Valuable communication and teamwork skills
n
- Basic understanding of food safety or HACCP principles is advantageous
n
- Forklift licence is advantageous but not essential
n
