- Demonstrate strong computer skills, and excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

What are we expecting from you?

Responsibilities
n
The Boutique Operations Manager is responsible for the overall management and enhancement of boutique operations in accordance with Van Cleef & Arpels and Richemont guidelines, policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance. Your role will be to:
n
Lead Boutique Operations & Team for Sydney Boutique
n
n
- Plan, schedule, and ensure effective and timely presentation of all administration, inventory, operations and logistics within the boutique.
n
- Ensure proper understanding and execution of all brand guidelines and procedures related to store operations with your team.
n
- Monitor daily financial aspects of boutique sales – ensuring daily transactions and proper paperwork are submitted to the Corporate office/Richemont in a timely manner and with accuracy.
n
- Manage supplier coordination,
daily maintenance of the boutique and supply replenishment.
n
- Motivate, support and develop the BOH team by regularly conducting team meetings, ensuring staff is aware of new projects, upcoming events and potential issues.
n
- Be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development of the BOH team.
n
- Train all new Boutique team members on financial guidelines, Richemont operations and all process related to sales.
n
n
Operational Oversight & Efficiency
n
n
- Be responsible for the boutique stock and inventory – ensuring all daily and periodic inventories and counts are done in total compliance with Richemont guidelines and report on any potential issues.
n
- Work with Marketing on planning high value movements.
n
- Participate in Richemont audits and action plan follow up and monitor all aspects of product movement and stock maintenance.
n
- Pay attention to working conditions and monitor boutique security, health and safety topics.
n
- Develop action plans to improve conditions if necessary and be responsible for daily set up and unset of the Boutique for Opening and Closing.
n

Compliance & Stakeholder Management
n
n
- Be the referent on all topics related to the running of the CS Workshop and Omnichannel functions based in the boutique.
n
- Maintain strong partnership with the relevant office stakeholders.
n
- Collaborate with Richemont security management to improve the security efficiency in the boutique.
n
- Maintain relationships with Security, logistics, cleaning, repair, and other contractors as necessary for boutique operations.
n
