We are seeking an enthusiastic detail orientated part time Corporate Secretary

n

Spacious High tech modern offices including a large staff breakout gaming room

Located in Footscray in close proximity to public transport

n

The Role: Corporate Secretary 3 days per week

n

This is an in-office Corporate Secretary role ideal for candidates who bring 2+ years of Corporate Secretarial experience in a professional accounting firm.

n

You will attend to corporate matters and require experience with ASIC, BGL, CAS 360, XPM. Be able to complete and lodge ASIC forms, annual reviews and be able to setup and register companies, trusts and SMSF's.

Assist with Ad hoc tasks when needed

n

The candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be diligent with time management and organisational skills. They should have a keen eye for attention to detail and be computer skill proficient.
