Property Maintenance & Logistics Manager (Full Time)

Latitude Designs is looking for a reliable, hands‐on Property & Logistics Manager to take ownership of our residential materials warehouse, company equipment and private estate.

n

This is a long‐term role for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in their work and likes keeping everything organised, maintained and running efficiently.

n

No two days are the same.

About the Role

n

You'll be responsible for managing our residential materials warehouse, receiving deliveries, operating forklifts, maintaining equipment and ensuring our 12-acre property is always presented to a high standard.

n

This is not a desk job.

n

You'll be trusted to work independently, identify what needs doing and take ownership of your responsibilities without constant supervision.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

Warehouse & Logistics

n

Receive and unload deliveries and shipping containers (Monthly)

n

Organise warehouse racking and storage

n

Maintain stock control and inventory systems

n

Prepare materials for construction sites

n

Load company vehicles and trailers when required

n

Keep the warehouse clean, organised and efficient

n

Lawn mowing and property presentation

n

Garden and grounds maintenance

n

Pressure washing buildings and paths

n

Pool maintenance

n

General repairs and maintenance

n

Waste management and site cleanliness

n

Workshop & Equipment

n

Wash and maintain company vehicles and machinery

n

Basic servicing of equipment and small engines

n

Organise tools and workshop

n

Maintain trailers and equipment

About You

n

We're looking for someone who:

n

Takes pride in keeping things organised

Has excellent attention to detail

n

Can work unsupervised

n

Is physically fit and enjoys hands‐on work

n

Has good mechanical aptitude

n

Is reliable, honest and trustworthy

n

Can plan their own day and prioritise work

n

Wants a long‐term position with a growing company

n

Current driver's licence

n

Forklift licence (or willing to obtain immediately)

n

Experience operating machinery or equipment

n

Highly Regarded

n

Truck licence (LR)

n

Experience with inventory or warehouse systems

n

Ride‐on mower or grounds maintenance experience

n

Basic mechanical or maintenance skills

n

Construction industry experience

n
