Synergie Australia is seeking a Administrator for a client located in Smithfield.

n

The important parts:

- 6 months temp assignment
n
- Monday to Friday – no WFH
n
- 8AM to 4PM
n
- $40-45 per hour + super
n
- ASAP Start
n
- Smithfield – parking onsite
n
- SAP Experience required.
n

What you will be required to do:

n

Our client is seeking an experience administrator to join their team.

n

The candidate will need to have 3+ years in an administration role, as this position requires high volume of administration and coordination

n

n
- Assist with executive communications and correspondence for key updates and inquiries.
n
- Assist with projects as required in a support capacity.
n
- Arrange travel and accommodations when required.
n
- Communicate in office with all levels of staff to ensure coordination.
n
- Assisting with timesheets for staff.
n

n





To be successful in the role you will:

n

n
- Robust administrative background - over 3+ years
n
- SAP experience is ESSENTIAL
n
- A high level of computer literacy - use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
n
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
n
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while properly prioritizing urgent and high-impact work
n
- Ability to think proactively and show initiative.
n
- Have working rights in Australia
n
- Have access to reliable transport and ability to get to work
n
- Demonstrate a positive attitude towards safety and its importance in every role.
