Job Description

Myxa is seeking a House Supervisor to oversee the delivery of high-quality care and support for participants in an accommodation setting, ensuring compliance with NDIS practice standards. You will lead a team of Disability Support Workers, coordinate with care teams, and review participant documentation.

Additionally, you will induct recent staff, conduct supervision, address performance issues, and manage WHS and incident reporting to uphold safety and quality across services.
