We are currently seeking a Pre-Construction Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Brisbane. This pivotal role ensures our solar and BESS projects are technically and logistically ready for seamless handover to construction.

n

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

n

n
- Coordinating all technical and regulatory early works activities to ensure site and grid readiness.
n
- Leading stakeholder engagement with client, suppliers, utilities, councils, landowners, and internal teams.
n
- Managing permitting, planning approvals, and environmental compliance requirements.
n
- Overseeing geotechnical studies, surveys, and temporary site works.
n
- Supporting early procurement, subcontractor engagement, and site mobilisation.
n
- Identifying project risks and maintaining compliance with WHS and environmental standards
n

n

Qualifications and experience:

n

n
- 5–7 years' experience in renewable energy, construction, or infrastructure project management (desirable).
n
- Strong understanding of utility-scale solar development and grid connection in Australia.
n
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or similar.
n
- Excellent stakeholder, commercial, and project planning skills.
n
- Familiarity with AEMO and network service provider processes (desirable)
n
