Our client is seeking an independent contractor (company or partnership) to provide operational support services at their Holiday Park in Wangaratta. Situated on 20 picturesque acres along the Ovens River, they have been welcoming guests since 1927 and have built a reputation as one of Victoria's highest-rated holiday parks.

This opportunity is ideally suited to a couple or small business capable of delivering exceptional customer service while overseeing the day-to-day operations of the park. If you're passionate about hospitality, enjoy working with people, and take pride in maintaining high standards, we'd love to hear from you.

The service supply days are from 5pm Friday to 5pm Wednesday each week

The Role

n

Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure every guest enjoys a premium holiday experience

n

Manage bookings,



guest arrivals and departures using the park's booking management system

n

Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the holiday park

n

Oversee the presentation of cabins, grounds and shared facilities

n

Undertake general maintenance and coordinate external trades where required

n

Support housekeeping operations and maintain high cleanliness standards

n

Respond to guest enquiries and resolve issues professionally

n

Maintain safe, attractive and welcoming facilities for all visitors

n

Work collaboratively with the owners to continually improve the park

n
