We are a well-established, growing plumbing and hydraulic contracting business based in Melbourne's south-east. We specialise in commercial, education, and residential projects and are looking for a reliable, organised Operations Administrator to support our busy team.

About the Role

n

You will be the backbone of our office, handling a wide range of administrative, compliance, and customer service tasks to keep our projects and team running efficiently.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Manage day-to-day office operations, scheduling of jobs, and customer enquiries
n
- Prepare quotes, invoices, progress claims, and follow up on outstanding accounts
n
- Support tender submissions and project documentation
n
- Assisting with reporting and project close-out documentation
n
- Maintain licences,



insurances, SWMS, and regulatory records
n
- Assist with payroll, supplier invoices, bookkeeper enquiries
n
- Liaise with clients, builders
n
- Support onsite Plumbers
n

n

About You

n

n
- Previous experience in a Operations Administrator, Project Administrator, Contracts Administrator, or Construction Administrator role
n
- Strong organisational and communication skills
n
- Experience with job management or accounting software- Xero, Neo Intelligence is highly regarded
n
- Knowledge of plumbing/hydraulic compliance and Victorian regulations is a strong advantage
n
- Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
n
