As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a qualified Customer Care Holistic Health Practitioner who is passionate about helping people achieve better health through exceptional customer care.
n This is a casual position with flexibility in our Southport office.

About the Role
n
This is primarily a client communication role.
n You'll be contacting existing Gr8 Health customers who have recently purchased practitioner-only supplements to ensure they understand how to use their products correctly, answer any questions they may have, and provide skilled naturopathic guidance where appropriate.
n You'll speak with a number of customers each day, helping them feel supported throughout their health journey while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
n These are warm customer calls — not cold calling. You'll be speaking with customers who have already purchased practitioner-only products from Gr8 Health and appreciate ongoing professional support.
n As you build relationships with clients, you'll have the opportunity to refer suitable customers for ongoing naturopathic consultations.

Your Responsibilities

- Contact existing customers each day by phone.
n
- Provide professional guidance on practitioner-only supplements.
n
- Ensure customers understand how to take their products correctly.
n
- Answer health and product-related questions within your scope of practice.
n
- Deliver a caring, professional and confident customer experience over the phone.
n
- Record accurate customer notes and maintain our CRM database.
n
- Identify opportunities for ongoing naturopathic support where appropriate.
n
- Contribute to the continued growth and reputation of Gr8 Health through exceptional customer care.

About You
n
We're looking for someone who:
n
n
- Is a qualified Holistic Health Practitioner (Bachelor Degree or Advanced Diploma).
n
- Has excellent communication skills and an outstanding telephone manner.
n
- Are confident building rapport and trust with customers over the phone.
n
- Has previous customer service, telephone consultation or telehealth experience (highly regarded).
n
- Is warm, caring and genuinely enjoys helping people improve their health.
n
- Is organised, self-motivated and comfortable using computer-based customer management systems.
n
- Has a positive attitude and enjoys contributing to a growing business.
n
