What you'll be doing

- Greeting patients and visitors in a friendly and skilled manner

- Scheduling and managing patient appointments
n
- Answering incoming phone calls and enquiries
n
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
n
- Assisting with the processing of Medicare billing and payments
n
- Providing general administrative support to the clinic team
n
- Adhering to all relevant medical and administrative protocols
n

What we're looking for

- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Proficient in the use of medical and office software,
including electronic medical record systems (highly desirable)
n
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records
n
- Previous experience in a medical reception or administrative role is highly desirable
n
- A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and privacy
n
- Ability to work collaboratively within a fast‐paced team environment
n
- Flexibility to participate in late night and weekend shifts as part of a rotating roster or permanent rotating shifts.
