About the Rolen

As Pharmacist in Charge, you will oversee the day-to-day professional operations of the pharmacy, ensuring the delivery of exceptional healthcare services while leading and supporting a committed pharmacy team.

Key Responsibilitiesn

- Manage the daily operations of the dispensary and pharmacy.
n
- Ensure compliance with all pharmacy legislation, professional standards, and regulatory requirements.
n
- Provide high-quality clinical advice and counselling to patients.
n
- Conduct medication reviews and support quality use of medicines initiatives.
n
- Lead, mentor, and support pharmacists, dispensary technicians, and pharmacy assistants.
n
- Foster a positive team culture focused on customer service and patient outcomes.
n
- Oversee dispensing accuracy, workflow management, and stock control processes.
n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local healthcare providers and the wider community.
n
- Support and drive professional services including vaccinations, health checks, and other clinical programs.

- Monitor and manage key pharmacy performance indicators.
n
- Ensure a safe, professional, and welcoming pharmacy environment.
n

About Youn

To be successful in this role, you will have:

n
- Current registration as a Pharmacist with AHPRA.
n
- Previous experience in a community pharmacy setting.
n
- Experience in a leadership or Pharmacist in Charge role is preferred.
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
n
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
n
- A commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and customer service.
n
- The ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
n
