Capital Cleaning Group is one of Canberra's leading commercial cleaning companies, delivering high-quality cleaning services across the ACT, Snowy Mountains and surrounding regions.

We're looking for an experienced Regional Manager to lead our operations across multiple client sites. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for service quality, client relationships, staff management and operational performance.

n

About the Role

n

This is a hybrid role involving regular travel throughout the region to support our teams, maintain strong client relationships and ensure our high service standards are consistently achieved.

n

You will be responsible for:

n

n
- Managing multiple commercial cleaning contracts and ensuring service delivery meets client expectations
n
- Leading, coaching and supporting supervisors and cleaning teams across multiple locations
n
- Conducting regular site inspections, quality audits and compliance checks
n
- Managing staffing, rosters, labour productivity and operational performance
n
- Building strong relationships with clients and resolving service issues professionally
n




- Ensuring compliance with WHS, company policies and quality standards
n
- Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and contract growth
n

About You

n

You'll be a motivated leader with excellent organisational and communication skills and experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment.

n

Ideally you'll have:

n

n
- Experience managing commercial cleaning or facilities management operations
n
- Solid leadership and people management skills
n
- Excellent client relationship and problem-solving abilities
n
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
n
- Strong organisational and time management skills
n
- A current driver's licence and willingness to travel regularly
n
- Ability to obtain a National Police Check
n
