Job Description
Are you an experienced Warehouse Supervisor who thrives in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment? Do you enjoy leading teams, driving continuous improvement and ensuring warehouse operations run safely, efficiently and accurately? We're looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in a full-time, permanent role.

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you'll lead a small warehouse team across a 24/5 operation, ensuring the uninterrupted supply of materials to manufacturing and the timely dispatch of finished goods. You'll play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of food safety, inventory accuracy and customer service. This position is based in Noble Park North.

What you will be doing
n
Lead the day-to-day operation of the warehouse, ensuring the accurate receipt, storage and dispatch of raw materials and finished goods.
n
Maintain high levels of inventory accuracy through disciplined stock control, cycle counts and stocktakes.
n
Ensure the timely picking and staging of materials to support manufacturing operations.
n
Drive warehouse efficiency through effective layout, FIFO stock rotation and continuous improvement initiatives.
n
Lead, coach and develop a small warehouse team across a 24/5 operation.
n
Coordinate daily work priorities, staff rostering and training to meet operational requirements.
n
Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, continuous improvement and high performance.
n
Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, allergen management, food safety and WHS requirements.
n
Maintain exceptional standards of housekeeping, warehouse organisation, traceability and inventory control.
n
Manage warehouse equipment, facilities and maintenance schedules to ensure safe and reliable operations.
n
Identify and implement improvements that enhance safety, productivity and operational efficiency.
n
Work collaboratively with Production, Quality and Supply Chain teams to support business performance.

What we are looking for
n
Minimum 4 years' experience in a warehouse leadership role, preferably within food manufacturing.
n
Demonstrated experience managing warehouse operations including receipting, storage, inventory control and dispatch.
n
Experience leading, coaching and developing small teams across multiple shifts.
n
Solid understanding of inventory management, cycle counting, stocktakes and FIFO principles.
n
Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
n
Current Forklift Licence with demonstrated safe operating experience.
n
Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
n
Hands-on approach with excellent attention to detail and administrative accuracy.
n
Strong problem-solving ability with a focus on continuous improvement.
n
