We are seeking a proactive, collaborative and experienced HR Advisor to join our HR team to provide support during a period of approved leave. This opportunity is ideal for someone in the Sunraysia region who enjoys building relationships, partnering with leaders, and delivering exceptional candidate experiences while supporting recruitment across a diverse national workforce.

The Opportunity: Based full-time out of our Carwarp office for a fixed-term of 3 months, you will support recruitment activities across Australia, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract and secure top talent across a broad range of roles across the Sunraysia and Greater Melbourne regions.
n
During the leave of our HR Business Partner, you will report directly to the Head of HR (AU & NZ), supporting the Office Manager (Carwarp) and will be accountable for delivery of recruitment processes, support onboarding, HR administration and other HR initiatives.

With training and support, you will:

- Assist end-to-end recruitment for both operational & corporate roles
n
- Coordinate onboarding and employee lifecycle activities, including contracts, employment changes and offboarding
n
- Maintain employee records and ensuring HR data integrity
n
- Assist with HR documentation, HR reporting and compliance activities
n
- Support the delivery of HR projects, engagement initiatives and process improvements
n
- Contribute to a positive employee experience across the business
n

We're looking for someone with solid recruitment capability, a positive attitude, customer-focus and a genuine passion for HR.

- Previous experience in Human Resources, HR Advisory, Recruitment or a similar role
n
- Sound understanding of HR practices and employment lifecycle activities
n
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
n
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
n
- Excellent communication, organisation and attention to detail
n
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
n
- Confidence working with HR systems and Microsoft Office applications
n
- Experience supporting employee relations matters is highly regarded
n
- Qualifications in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline are desirable but not essential
n
