Pulse Child Care Crew is seeking passionate Qualified Childcare Cooks to join our team across the Inner West and Western Sydney!

As a casual cook, you will play a crucial role in supporting children's health and wellbeing by preparing balanced, nutritious meals that cater to dietary and cultural needs.

Pulse Child Care Crew is Sydney's go-to solution for childcare staffing. We connect centres with quality casual cooks to ensure children receive nutritious meals every day. We offer competitive rates for Qualified Cooks up to $40 per hour + Superannuation!

Responsibilities:

n

- Prepare healthy, age-appropriate meals and snacks in line with centre menus and nutrition guidelines
n
- Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are maintained at the highest level
n
- Manage allergies, intolerances, and special dietary requirements with care and accuracy
n
- Work independently, communicate effectively with centre staff, and help foster a positive team atmosphere
n

Qualifications & Requirements:

n

n




- Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery & Food Handling (or equivalent)
n
- Previous experience in an early childhood service (highly regarded)
n
- Flexibility and willingness to travel to different centres across Inner West and Western Sydney
n
- Valid WWCC and full Australian working rights
n
- Valid National Police Check ($50 reimbursed after completing 5 shifts with Pulse)
n
- Driver's licence and car (highly regarded)
n
- Food Supervisor Certificate (highly regarded)
n
