Peninsula Home Physio
Victoria
Job Description
Help us build something worth being part of.
n
At Peninsula Home Physio, we're a small and growing community physiotherapy practice with a simple vision:
n
To deliver outstanding care for our clients while building a workplace where physiotherapists can enjoy meaningful, rewarding and sustainable careers.
n
We're looking for a physiotherapist who genuinely enjoys working with people, takes pride in delivering high-quality care and believes that learning never stops.
n
About us
n
We provide mobile physiotherapy services across the Mornington Peninsula and Melbourne's south-east, supporting older adults, NDIS participants and people living with neurological and complex health conditions.
n
As a small team, one of our greatest strengths is that people aren't just another number.
n
You'll work closely with the Practice Director, have the opportunity to contribute ideas, and play an important role in shaping how our practice continues to grow.
n
We're intentionally building a practice that values:
n
n
- Clinical excellence
n
- Professionalism
n
- Accountability
n
- Continual learning
n
- Collaboration
n
- Respect for clients and each other
n
n
What you can expect
n
When you join Peninsula Home Physio, you can expect:
n
n
- A supportive onboarding process tailored to your experience and confidence.
n
- Clinical support and case discussions whenever you need another perspective.
n
- Thoughtfully planned workloads that prioritise quality care and sustainable practice.
n
- AI-assisted documentation, established administrative support and efficient systems designed to reduce unnecessary administrative burden.
n
- Professional development aligned with your clinical interests and long-term career goals.
n
- A workplace where you'll be trusted to work independently while knowing support is available whenever you need it.
n
n
We believe clinicians do their best work when they're supported, challenged and trusted—not micromanaged.
n
About the role
n
You'll manage a varied community caseload across the Mornington Peninsula and surrounding south-east suburbs, providing physiotherapy services in clients' homes and residential settings.
n
Your caseload may include:
n
n
- Support at Home clients
n
- NDIS participants
n
- Neurological rehabilitation
n
- Falls prevention and balance rehabilitation
n
- Functional mobility and independence
n
- Orthopaedic and musculoskeletal conditions
n
n
Community physiotherapy offers the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships with clients while helping them remain independent in the place they most want to be—their own home.
n
About you
n
We're less interested in finding the "perfect" résumé and more interested in finding the right person.
n
You'll ideally:
n
n
- Be registered with AHPRA as a Physiotherapist.
n
- Hold a current Australian driver's licence.
n
- Have access to a reliable motor vehicle suitable for community visits.
n
- Demonstrate professionalism, accountability and integrity.
n
- Enjoy working independently while contributing to a cooperative team.
n
- Be committed to continual learning and delivering excellent client care.
n
n
Community experience is highly regarded but not essential. We welcome applications from physiotherapists at different stages of their career who are motivated to grow and contribute to a high-quality community practice.
n
What we value
n
We're looking for someone who:
n
n
- Takes ownership of their work.
n
- Communicates professionally and respectfully.
n
- Is dependable and committed to their clients.
n
- Enjoys solving clinical problems.
n
- Wants to continue developing as a clinician.
n
- Is looking to build a long-term career in community physiotherapy.
n
n
Why join us now?
n
Peninsula Home Physio is still a relatively small practice, and we see that as one of our strengths.
n
It means your contribution genuinely matters.
n
You'll have the prospect to work closely with the Practice Director, influence how we continue to improve, and grow alongside a business that's being built thoughtfully rather than rapidly.
n
We're looking for someone who values professionalism, continual learning and meaningful client relationships—and who wants to grow alongside a practice that's intentionally building something for the long term.
n
Benefits
n
n
- Competitive salary of $85,000–$100,000 plus superannuation and travel reimbursement ($1.01/km), depending on experience, clinical capability and the responsibilities of the role.
n
- Work laptop provided.
n
- Uniforms provided.
n
- AI-assisted documentation tools.
n
- Administrative support.
n
- Tailored onboarding and professional support.
n
- A cooperative and values-driven team environment.
