Job Description

ACCC is seeking a Senior Regulation Officer to lead investigations into potential breaches of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 and assess product safety reports. You will develop regulatory actions, craft education materials and conduct research to inform risk mitigation strategies.

Engagement with industry, consumer advocates and legal experts will be essential in a rapid-moving regulatory environment.
