We provide a wide variety of remedial services, including concrete repair, gunite spray, crack injection, and structural strengthening. We also deliver civil construction projects throughout NSW.

About the Role:
n
You will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure projects are running smoothly and meet project requirements
n
Supervise work crew and subcontractors following health and safety compliance and productivity
n
Ensure all site policies and procedures are being adhered to
n
Organising materials and site deliveries
n
Accurately capture work hours
n
Lead weekly pre-start meetings and attend other meetings as required
n
About you:
n
Ideally you will have a minimum 3 years' experience managing site operations and experience working in the Remedial and Maintenance industry:
n
Solid site supervisory experience with proven track record
n
Carpentry qualified (advantageous)
n
Available for some weekends and able to travel to regional NSW at times
n
Can make decisions and be accountable for your actions
n
Excellent communication skills with clients, management team, employees and subcontractors
n
Take initiate and get hands on when you need to
n
Highly organised with attention to detail
n
We expect professionalism, punctuality, intelligence, energy, and a get it done attitude.
n
