We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Retail Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our busy petrol station Speedway Granville. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail workplace and is confident leading a team to deliver excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise a team of console operators and store staff
n
- Prepare and maintain staff rosters to ensure optimal coverage
n
- Oversee stock ordering, purchasing, and supplier coordination
n
- Conduct regular stocktakes and manage inventory control
n
- Ensure high standards of customer service and store presentation
n
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues efficiently
n
- Support training, onboarding, and performance management of staff
n
- Ensure compliance with safety, cash handling, and operational procedures
n

About You:

n

- Minimum 3+ years' experience in a supervisory or management role (petrol/convenience retail preferred)
n
- Proven experience managing staff, rosters, purchasing, and stock control
n
- Strong leadership and communication skills
n
- Highly organised with attention to detail
n
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
n
- A proactive, reliable, and hands-on approach
n
