General Practice Nurse RN Div 1 Part Time

We are seeking a part time registered division 1 practice nurse for our mixed billing general practice.Three to four days per week. No weekend work.

A rare opportunity to join our well functioning, up-to-date, fully accredited, teaching medical practice in Southbank. Be a part of our close knit andfriendly team of doctors, admin staff and another part time practice nurse, all supported by a full time practice manager.

Previous general practice experience would be highly desirable, however, not mandatory.

Modern practice facilities. Treatment room set up and fully equipped.

Responsibilitiesinclude:

- managing results and recall system
n
- wound care management
n
- vaccine management and infection control duties
n
- providing adult and childhood immunisations
n
- creating care plans and assisting with chronic disease management
n
- assisting doctors with procedures
n
- managing inventory and samples
n
- maintaining practice accreditation
n

Our practice uses Pracsoft and Medical Director software. Full training withongoing support provided. Applicants will be shortlisted and invited for an interview.
