We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced In-Home Care Revenue Team Leader to join our team.
n
The Role:
n
Reporting to the General Manager – Finance & Investments, you will lead the revenue and accounts receivable functions for our In-Home Care program, ensuring accurate billing, financial reporting and compliance with aged care and home care funding requirements.
n
You will oversee financial processes, support month-end reporting, drive continuous process improvements and lead a small team while working collaboratively across the organisation.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Lead the In-Home Care revenue and accounts receivable function.
n
- Ensure timely and accurate client billing and revenue reconciliation.
n
- Prepare month-end reporting, balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis.
n
- Maintain accurate financial records and data integrity across multiple systems.
n
- Oversee financial data management across AlayaCare, AirDocs and Epicor.
n
- Assist with annual budgets, forecasting and year-end audit processes.
n
- Monitor compliance with the Support at Home Program, Aged Care legislation and Financial & Prudential Standards.
n
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and financial controls.
n
- Provide financial analysis and reporting to support operational decision-making.
n
- Lead, mentor and support the Accounts Receivable Officer.
n
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients and external service providers.
n
n
Skills & Capabilities
n
n
- CPA or CA qualification.
n
- Tertiary qualification in Accounting,
Commerce or Finance.
n
- Demonstrated experience in a senior finance, revenue or management accounting role.
n
- Previous experience within aged care, health or community services.
n
- Sound understanding of the Support at Home Program, Aged Care legislation and Financial & Prudential Standards.
n
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, reconciliations and accounting controls.
n
- Experience using ERP/accounting systems (e.g. Epicor) and client management systems (e.g. AlayaCare) or similar platforms will be highly regarded.
n
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong capability across the Microsoft Office Suite.
n
- Excellent analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.
n
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
n
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to coach and develop team members.
n
- Excellent customer service focus with strong problem‐solving and conflict‐resolution skills
n
