What You'll Be Doing

n

You'll lead the daily rhythm of the preschool room while stepping into a broader mentoring role across the service — working hand-in-hand with the Centre Director to drive curriculum outcomes aligned with the EYLF and NQS. Think reflective practice conversations,



school-readiness programming, and building educators up to do their best work.

- Lead daily operations of the preschool room
n
- Drive educational programs and curriculum development service-wide
n
- Mentor and support educators through reflective practice
n
- Guide programming and documentation aligned with the EYLF
n
- Build genuine relationships with children, families, and educators
n
- Champion high-quality practice and compliance standards
n

What You'll Bring

n
- Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)
n
- Experience leading a preschool room
n
- Previous Educational Leader experience (a bonus, not a dealbreaker)
n
- Solid grasp of EYLF, NQS, and curriculum planning
n
- Confident, warm leadership and mentoring skills
n
- Genuine passion for high-quality early learning
n
- Full working rights in Australia (sorry, no student visas for this one)
