Job Description

Location: Penrith
n Hours: Monday to Friday | Day Shift | 10-Hour Shifts
n Occasional weekend work may be required

n

Lead, supervise, and coordinate security officers and support personnel.

n

Allocate duties and manage daily security operations.

n

Provide mentoring, coaching, and performance feedback to security staff.

n

Conduct shift briefings, toolbox talks, and staff meetings.

n

Conduct regular site inspections and security audits.

n

Identify operational risks and implement corrective actions.

n

Attend client meetings and provide operational updates.

n

Ensure Compliance with security Industry Act and Regulations, NSW Security Licensing requirements and workplace Health and Safety (WHS) legislation.

n

Conduct regular audits of records and documentation to ensure accuracy,



completeness, and compliance standards are met.

n

Track key compliance deadlines, certifications, training requirements, and regulatory obligations, ensuring timely completion and reporting.

n

Support continuous improvement initiatives and best-practice security operations.

n
