The Role

You'll lead a portfolio of high-performing restaurants across both corporate and franchised locations, working closely with restaurant leaders and franchise partners to deliver exceptional operational standards, commercial performance and an outstanding customer experience.

You'll be trusted to make decisions, influence outcomes and develop future leaders across the business.

- Multi-site hospitality leadership experience
n
- Exposure to both corporate and franchise operations
n
- A proven ability to coach, mentor and develop leaders
n
- Strong commercial acumen and an eye for driving performance

- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills

- High emotional intelligence and the ability to influence at every level
