On behalf of our client, we are looking for a full-time experienced Recruitment Consultant. The role will be responsible for 360 recruitment process from start to finish. The daily duties and responsibilities include:

- Working as a 360-recruitment consultant, being responsible for the full recruitment cycle.
n
- Preparing and processing applications, verification of details, reference checking and managing client interviewing process.
n
- Appraisal of suitability for current live positions.
n
- Account managing and developing new client relationship.
n
- Managing induction and onboarding of staff and provide information on the condition of service, pay rates, and interpreting relevant Fair
n
n
Work legislations awards for work conditions and salaries
n
n
- Updating the employers and jobseekers on job vacancies
n
- Supporting the managing director and branches with any ad hoc duties where appropriate.
n
n
Education – Bachelor degree or higher qualification desirable. Industry experience may substitute. Experience & Skills
n
n
- 2+ years of Industry experience as a 360-degree recruitment consultant
n
- Excellent administration, communication, and interpersonal skills
n
- Solid work ethic and ability to work effectively in a fast paced, dynamic environment
n
- Strong decision-making skills
n
- People orientated
n
n
Salary: Salary being offered is commensurate with qualifications and experience and is between $79,499 - 110,000.
