Industrial (Electrical) Team Leader

Wollongong based, established electrical contracting company working in the heavy industry space.

Projects

n

Delivering high quality (electrical) projects in industrial settings to a varied client base including steel, mining, oil and gas, and water industries.

Project locations

n

Predominantly in and around Wollongong.

n

The prospect

n

Full time and permanent. The position includes a company vehicle. Paid hourly (EBA) with opportunity for regular overtime.

The role

n

n
- Hands on / and occasionally hands off electrical TEAM LEADER role
n
- Supporting small teams across multiple projects (installing equipment in industrial settings - greenfield and brownfield)
n
- Ensure quality work is delivered safely and on time
n
- Maintain strong working relationship and clear communication with team and with client
n

n





About you

n

n
- Previous experience working as an industrial electrician is essential
n
- You may be currently working in a Team Leader position or ready to now step into a Team Leader position
n
- Previous experience specifically with the steel industry, installing industrial equipment is preferred
n
- Hold current unrestricted electrical licence
n
- Hold current driving licence
n
- Hold Construction Industry WHITE Card
n
- Able to commit to occasional travel (e.g., 2 to 3 weeks once annually, interstate)
n
