About You

You're a Property Manager who takes ownership.
You're organised, proactive and professional.
You communicate confidently,



solve problems before they scale and understand that great property management is built on trust.
You're capable operating autonomously and managing the end-to-end functions of the portfolio.

You'll ideally have:

- Previous residential property management experience
- Trust accounting knowledge
- NCAT and tribunal experience
- Confidence managing landlords, tenants, trades and contractors
- Strong technology skills and comfort with online platforms and property management software
- PropertyMe experience (highly regarded)
- Current NSW Real Estate Licence (preferred) or working towards completing your Cert IV studies
- Commercial property experience would be highly regarded, but is not essential.

- Full-time or part-time flexibility - this team have the ability to be flexible for the right person. If part-time, ideally you can cover Tuesday, Thursday, Friday however can accommodate shorter working days.
