The Role

n

We are seeking a reliable Vineyard Farm Hand to join a large-scale operation in Euston, NSW, within the horticulture and viticulture industry. This is a hands-on, labour-intensive role where you will work outdoors maintaining vineyard infrastructure and supporting day-to-day operations. You will be responsible for inspecting vineyard rows, removing damaged posts, and operating machinery such as ATVs to ensure the site remains secure and productive.

Key Responsibilities

This role supports vineyard maintenance and infrastructure to ensure efficient operations.

- Inspect vineyard rows and identify damaged or broken posts
n
- Remove and replace vineyard posts as required
n
- Operate machinery including ATVs to move around the site
n
- Assist with general vineyard maintenance and farm duties




n
- Maintain safe work practices and follow site procedures
n
- Competitive pay rate of $33.55 per hour + penalty rates
n
- Ongoing opportunity with approximately 38 hours per week
n
- PPE provided for safe working conditions
n
- Work outdoors in a practical and team-focused environment
n

Your Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role, you will be physically capable, reliable, and comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions.

- Experience in vineyard or large-scale agricultural operations preferred
n
- Ability to work long hours outdoors in all weather conditions
n
- Physically fit and capable of labour-intensive tasks
n
- Reliable, adaptable, and able to work varied hours
n
- Strong attention to detail when inspecting vineyard infrastructure
n
- Experience operating machinery such as ATVs highly regarded
n
