We are looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse & Logistics Officer to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role that combines warehouse operations with local transport responsibilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving and dispatching goods, operating forklifts, managing warehouse inventory, and transporting products safely between our two Melbourne sites and to local customer locations.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Receive, inspect and unload incoming deliveries
n
- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently
n
- Perform goods receipting and inventory transactions
n
- Pick, pack and prepare orders for dispatch
n




- Transport goods between company sites and local customer locations
n
- Secure loads and complete delivery documentation
n
- Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness
n
- Assist with stocktakes and inventory accuracy
n
- Follow all Workplace Health & Safety procedures
n
- Support the warehouse team with general duties as required
n

About You

n

To be successful in this role you will have:

n

n
- Current MR Truck License (essential)
n
- Current Forklift License (LF) (essential)
n
- Previous warehouse and goods inward experience
n
- Experience loading and unloading trucks
n
- Strong understanding of inventory and warehouse processes
n
- Good communication skills
n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
- Good physical fitness and ability to perform manual handling tasks
n
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
n
- A positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
n

Desirable

n

n
- Experience using warehouse management systems or ERP software
n
- Experience delivering to customers
n
- Basic computer skills
n
- High Reach forklift experience (advantageous)
n
