We are seeking a motivated and organized Property Manager who takes pride in delivering outstanding service to both landlords and tenants.

About the Role

n

As our Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a well-maintained residential portfolio while providing a high level of communication and service to our valued clients.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Managing a residential property portfolio from start to finish
n
- Conducting routine, entry and exit inspections
n
- Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors
n
- Coordinating maintenance and repairs
n
- Managing lease renewals, rent reviews and arrears
n
- Ensuring compliance with Queensland tenancy legislation
n




- Building strong relationships through exceptional customer service
n

About You

n

To be successful in this role you will:

n

n
- Have previous Property Management experience
n
- Hold a current Queensland Real Estate Registration Certificate or Real Estate Licence
n
- Possess excellent communication and organisational skills
n
- Be able to work independently while contributing to a close-knit team
n
- Have strong attention to detail and excellent time management
n
- Be confident using property management software (Console Cloud experience is an advantage but not essential)
n
- Hold a current driver's licence
n
