COG Marketing is a full-service marketing agency based in Cronulla, Sydney, delivering branding, websites and digital marketing services to businesses across Australia and internationally.

We're looking for a commercially minded Performance Marketing Executive to join our growing team. This is a full-time, office-based role focused on delivering measurable results through Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and the broader Google Marketing Platform.

Working across a diverse portfolio of clients and industries, you'll be responsible for planning, executing and optimising paid advertising campaigns, analysing performance data, producing actionable insights and helping clients achieve sustainable business growth.

In addition to paid media, you'll contribute to broader digital marketing initiatives including SEO, email marketing, conversion optimisation and organic social media, working closely with our creative, strategy and web teams.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining analytical thinking with creative problem-solving, thrives in a quick-paced agency environment and is passionate about performance marketing.

Our office is located in Cronulla Beach, Sydney. This is a collaborative, in-office position where you'll work closely with an experienced team on exciting local, national and international brands.
