This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves creating memorable customer experiences, and has a strong grasp of store operations. Reporting to the Area Manager and National Operations Manager, you'll be empowered to lead your store to success - with the support of a dedicated Merchandise Manager (our internal title for Assistant Manager).

As a Store Manager, you'll shape your store's culture, drive commercial performance, and lead from the front.

What You'll Do:

- Lead by example to achieve and exceed sales & KPI targets
n
- Motivate, coach & develop your team to success
n
- Manage store profitability, budgets & expenses
n
- Maintain high visual merchandising & stock control standards
n
- Ensure compliance with safety,



cash handling & company policies
n
- At least 2 years' experience in a retail management role
n
- Passion for people leadership and team development
n
- Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and KPIs
n
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
n
- A hands-on, solution-focused leader who leads from the front
