As a Total Clad & Coat Site Supervisor, you'll oversee the daily delivery of multiple cladding and render projects on some of Melbourne's best custom-built homes. You'll be the key link between our office, builders, and site teams—responsible for ensuring work is carried out to spec, on time, and to our high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

n

- Supervising cladding and render crews on multiple residential sites
n
- Monitoring quality, compliance, and adherence to manufacturer specifications
n
- Handle Site reporting and materials orders through our PM software.
n
- Scheduling work and coordinating with builders and internal teams
n
- Troubleshooting site issues and providing solutions
n
- Training and mentoring subcontractors to lift performance
n
- Upholding safety, communication, and professionalism on every site
n

About You

n

You're not just a tradie—you're a leader. You enjoy taking ownership of projects, working closely with crews, and setting a high standard others follow. You know how to balance the practical with the professional: keeping the site moving,



the builder confident, and the work immaculate.

Must Have

n

n
- Strong experience in cladding, or similar exterior finishing trades will be highly regarded.
n
- Proven ability to supervise crews and manage multiple sites
n
- A minimum of 3 years of experience supervising construction crews is required.
n
- Strong communication skills—clear, respectful, and proactive
n
- A commitment to safety, quality, and doing things properly
n
- A current Construction White Card.
n
- Drive to be part of a growing, high-performance business
n
- Sound knowledge of Hebel, James Hardie, and Cemintel systems will be highly regarded.
n
