Bayblue Management is seeking an experienced Duty Manager to join their team.

n

Beerwah and Palmwoods Hotel are Independently owned Hotels in the Sunshine Coast Hinterland, known for the best steaks and parmigiana's on the coast, great seafood and live entertainment. We have a 250 seat bistro and can cater for functions from 20 to 200 people. We offer live music 3 nights and 1 afternoon a week as well as being open for lunch and dinner 7 days.
n We also have another smaller venue- Glasshouse Tavern, known for smoked meats and delicious pizzas. With seating for 150 people and a small sports bar and pokie room.

n

The successful applicant's will have the following:

n

experience in a busy Hotel or Restaurant environment

n

minimum 1-2 years of duty management or supervisory experience

n

excellent customer service and communication skills

n

Bright and bubbly personality with a can do attitude who is hand on and leads by example

n





staff organisation and training skills are a must

n

the ability to work 5 days a week including nights, weekends and school and public holidays

n

RSA and RSG

n

be able to work in a team environment

n

be a problem solver and self starter

n

attention to detail is a must

n

high energy and drive to develop good customer relationships and increase revenue

n

Either hold or willing to obtain a RMLV and Approved Managers Licence

n
