An exciting prospect is available for an experienced Strata Manager to join a growing and professional strata team. This role is ideal for someone with at least 4 years of strata management experience who can confidently manage a portfolio while delivering exceptional service to owners, committees, and stakeholders. You will oversee the day-to-day management of strata schemes, ensuring compliance, strong communication, and smooth building operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

n

- Manage a portfolio of residential and commercial strata schemes
n
- Liaise with owners, committees, contractors, and stakeholders
n
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and contractor management
n
- Facilitate AGMs, committee meetings, and correspondence
n
- Prepare agendas, minutes, and strata documentation
n
- Ensure compliance with strata legislation and regulations
n
- Maintain strong client relationships and service standards
n

What you'll need to succeed:

n

- Minimum 4 years' experience in strata management
n
- Strong knowledge of strata legislation and compliance
n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
n
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
n
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously
n
- Experience using strata management software preferred
