About the role
n
Washed Group Pty Ltd is seeking an All-rounder Car Wash Crew member to join our energetic team at our Hope Island location. This is a casual position offering flexibility whilst contributing to delivering exceptional car wash services. As an All Rounder Crew Member, you'll play an important role in the day-to-day operation of our site, helping to ensure every customer receives a positive experience from the moment they arrive.

Your responsibilities may include:
n
n
- Performing a variety of car wash tasks including exterior washing, drying, and detailing of vehicles
n
- Operating car wash equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
n
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation across all work areas
n
- Assisting with vehicle inspection and identifying any damage or issues
n
- Stocking and organising supplies and materials as needed
n
- Interacting professionally with customers and providing excellent service
n
- Supporting the team to meet daily targets and service quality standards
n
- Adhering to health and safety protocols and environmental regulations
n
n
About You
n
While previous car wash experience is not required, we are looking for people who bring the right attitude and work ethic.
n
To be successful in this role, you must have:
n
n
- A current driver's licence
n
- Reliability and a strong sense of responsibility
n
- Good personal presentation
n
- A willingness to learn and work as part of a team
n
- Able to follow instructions
n
- Common sense and the ability to take initiative
n
n
Our Operating Hours are:
n
Thursday – Saturday:7:00am – 6:00pm
n
Sunday:8:00am – 4:00pm
n
Flexibility across these operating hours will be highly regarded.
n
