About the Role

n

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a diverse property portfolio, ensuring exceptional service to our tenants while maintaining strong relationships with contractors, owners and stakeholders.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

- Manage a portfolio of commercial properties
n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants
n
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs and contractor appointments
n




- Conduct routine property inspections
n
- Prepare lease documentation and assist with lease renewals
n
- Manage rent arrears and tenant communications
n
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company procedures
n
- Maintain accurate records using property management software
n

About You

n

You are an organised, proactive and customer-focused property qualified who enjoys working in a collaborative environment.

n

Essential Skills & Experience

n
- Previous experience in property management
n
- Experience using property management software
n
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
n
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
n
- High attention to detail
n
- Ability to work independently and prioritise competing tasks
n
- Current Victorian Driver's Licence
n
