Based on the beautiful Central Coast, KidsPoint is a purpose-built paediatric practice that has been supporting local families for over eight years. Our team works together under one roof, bringing together a broad range of expertise to provide truly integrated care.

About the Role
n
You will provide evidence-based assessment and intervention for children and adolescents presenting with a range of developmental, behavioural and mental health concerns.
n
Working alongside experienced clinicians, you will:
n
Conduct psychological assessments using clinical interviews, observations, standardised assessments and psychometric tools.
n
Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to each child's developmental needs.
n
Complete diagnostic assessments as part of multidisciplinary teams where appropriate.
n
Develop treatment plans in collaboration with families and other health professionals.
n
Liaise with paediatricians, GPs, schools and other stakeholders to provide coordinated care.
n
Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and collaborative care planning.
n
Contribute to the development of innovative clinical programs and group services, including school readiness and parent education programs.
n
Provide clinic-based services, with occasional school or home visits where clinically appropriate.
n
About You
n
You are someone who genuinely enjoys working with children and families and values being part of a supportive, collaborative and most importantly fun workplace!
n
Registration as a Provisional, Registered or Clinical Psychologist
n
Experience delivering evidence-based assessment and intervention with children and adolescents.
n
Current Working With Children Check.
n
Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance.
n
Commitment to ongoing professional development and supervision in line with AHPRA requirements.
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
n
