Job Description

n

As a Data & AI Manager, you will lead data engineering, data science, and AI-driven transformation projects, providing strategic direction to clients while driving technical excellence. You will play a key role in designing scalable data architectures, data governance frameworks, and AI-powered solutions, ensuring best practices in data management.

n

You will be part of a global network of 250+ data professionals across our Centres of Excellence in Paris, Montréal, Brussels, New York, London, Hong Kong, and the Middle East, solving complex data challenges and developing cutting-edge solutions.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

Client Delivery & Technical Execution

n

n
- Lead Data Engineering initiatives, including data pipeline development, ETL processing, and large-scale data transformation projects.
n
- Develop and implement data governance frameworks, ensuring data quality, metadata management, master data management (MDM), and compliance.
n
- Oversee data architecture, modelling, and cloud-based data storage solutions across Azure, AWS, GCP, and Oracle.
n
- Design and deploy AI/ML-driven analytics solutions, with a focus on data science methodologies, predictive analytics, and automation.
n
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for data workflows and AI model deployment to ensure efficiency and automation.
n
- Implement reporting and analytics solutions using Power BI, Tableau, QuickSight,



or Oracle Analytics Cloud.
n
- Leverage PowerApps (preferred) to automate workflows and improve business processes.
n

Business Development & Leadership

n

n
- Identify business opportunities for Data & AI consulting services, contributing to proposals, RFPs, and client presentations.
n
- Engage with stakeholders to define AI-driven business solutions that drive value and efficiency.
n
- Provide thought leadership on emerging AI and data technologies, shaping Sia's Data & AI offerings.
n

Technical Expertise & Innovation

n

We seek hands‐on experience in one or more of the following areas:

n

n
- SQL, Python for data processing and modelling.
n
- Azure Data Factory (ADF), FiveTran, Matillion, Oracle Data Integration, AWS Glue, AWS Data Pipeline.
n
- Expertise in Azure (preferred), AWS, Oracle, or GCP.
n
- Experience with data science techniques, predictive modelling, and ML frameworks.
n
- Hands‐on exposure to Azure ML, TensorFlow, PyTorch, AWS SageMaker.
n
- Strong proficiency in Power BI (preferred), Tableau, QuickSight, Oracle Analytics Cloud.
n
- DevOps & Automation:n n
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation (Azure DevOps preferred).

- Low‐Code Solutions:n

n
- Experience with PowerApps (preferred) to enhance workflow automation and reporting.

Leadership & Team Development

n

- Manage and mentor data engineers, data scientists, and consultants, fostering skill development.

- Lead client engagements, ensuring high‐quality delivery and strategic impact.

- Promote a collaborative, innovative, and results‐driven team culture.

Qualifications

n

To excel in this role, you should have:

n

n




- A bachelor's or master's degree in Data Science, AI, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
n
- 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Science, and AI, with a focus on cloud‐based data solutions.
n
- Experience in consulting (Big 4, boutique consulting, or leading tech firms preferred).
n
- Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills to drive projects and influence decision‐making.
n
- Ability to translate complex data challenges into strategic business solutions.
n
- Exceptional analytical, problem‐solving, and communication skills.
n
- An entrepreneurial mindset, passionate about leveraging data for business transformation.
