A permanent full-time role within a well-established automotive dealership in the south-eastern suburbs of Melbourne. For an automotive service advisor with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Your normal day will have you:

- Greet customers and assess their service needs
n
- Communicate effectively with technicians to diagnose and repair vehicles
n
- Provide accurate cost estimates and prioritize repairs '¢ Follow up with customers on the status of their vehicles
n
- Build strong relationships with customers and maintain customer satisfaction
n

You will need:

- Proven experience as a service advisor in the automotive industry
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a quick-paced environment
n
- Basic computer proficiency
