About the roles
n
We are seeking three motivated Chefs de Partie to join the Mamma G's kitchen team as we grow our deli and café operation. You'll work in a high‐volume, fast‐paced environment, taking ownership of your section and helping deliver consistent, high‐quality food for dine‐in and takeaway guests.

What you'll be doing
n
n
- Preparing and cooking menu items in line with recipes and Mamma G's standards.
n
- Running your section during service and supporting other sections as required.
n
- Ensuring all food is prepared and served in a timely manner during busy periods.
n
- Maintaining a clean, organised kitchen and correct storage of food and equipment.
n
- Monitoring stock levels for your section and assisting with ordering and stock rotation.
n
- Following all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
n
n
What we're looking for
n
n
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a high‐volume, fast‐paced café, deli or similar environment.
n
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with a focus on consistency and quality.
n
- Ability to work effectively within a small, hands‐on team and communicate clearly during service.
n
- Positive, professional attitude and reliability, including early starts and weekend work as required.
n
- Commitment to food safety and a safe working environment.
n
