Our client, a leader in the transport and logistics industry, is currently seeking reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry / Administration Clerks to join their busy operations team based in Eastern Creek/Huntingwood. These positions have become available to assist with a significant project and offer immediate starts for suitable candidates.

Available Shifts

n

n
- Early Morning Shift: 4:00 AM – 11:00 AM
n
- Afternoon Shift: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
n
- Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 3:00 AM
n

n

Pay Rate

n

n
- $37.50 per hour
n
- Applicable shift allowances
n
- Overtime available where required and paid accordingly
n

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Accurate and efficient data entry
n
- Building and preparing transport manifests
n
- Entering and updating information in Excel spreadsheets
n
- Processing transport and logistics documentation
n
- Maintaining accurate records and databases
n
- General administrative support as required
n




- Ensuring all data is entered in a timely and accurate manner
n

About You

n

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

n

n
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
n
- Excellent keyboard and data entry skills
n
- Experience using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
n
- The ability to work independently and meet deadlines
n
- Strong organisational and time management skills
n
- Reliability, punctuality, and a positive work ethic
n
- Previous administration, data entry, or transport industry experience will be highly regarded
n
- experience working in a fast paced environment essential
